The Central Arkansas NRR/FMRC is a combination of two Central Arkansas riding clubs. On one side of the coin, you have the Central Arkansas No Rules Riders… a fine establishment of motorcycle riders that love to ride without the hassles of club dues, official meetings, or mandatory rides.
On the other side of the coin is its sister club, the Central Arkansas Freemasons Riding Club. This riding club consists of Freemasons who want to introduce Freemasonry to the public and the motorcyclist community. Many of the FMRC members are also members of the No Rules Riders.
All Central Arkansas NRR/FMRC members are viewed as equals. Some members wear the NRR Patch on their vests (authorized for all members) or the FMRC Coat of Arms (FMRC members only), but neither are required. Regardless of the patch that you may wear, when we ride... we all ride as brothers!

Hank McGrath,Director of B.A.D. is also author of the "Roads To Justice" column in New York Rider Magazine, a regular guest on BikerLowDownRadio.com with "Spirit of Biker Brotherhood NewsBits" and host of the eastcoast cable tv unique biker documentary program called "Spirit of Biker Brotherhood". Working with Hank McGrath who is an investigative reporter are two photographers - Jason Knight(volunteer non-biker) and Harley riding Brian Peck(decorated war vet) and secretary,Kayla Drinwater(cause ya always got to have one!) which will activate in defense of bikers rights whenever there are incidents of unjust discrimination barring the freedom and liberty of the American Biker.
